GRT-Inspired consist of 3 partners University of Witwatersrand, University of Johannesburg and University of Pretoria. The research communities are Hillbrow, Atteridgeville and Melusi.

Community engagement aims to comprehensively prepare research communities to participate in research studies.

Community engagement activities are done through Community Advisory Boards, Roadshows and Community Dialogues.
